I am a Brooklyn-based photographer who works primarily in black & white.
Trained as a sociologist, I am fascinated by the way people interact in public spaces, and how a great city works. I work in the humanist tradition, striving toward honest and respectful portrayals of urban life.
My photography has taken me to many places around the world, but I keep returning to New York City, where I have lived on and off for more than two decades.
